These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TinyPS browser extension ("the extension"), the tinyps product website, and any paid "Pro" plan purchased through our reseller Creem. By using the extension or purchasing a Pro plan you agree to these Terms.

If your license key does not work, or you purchased by accident, contact nonotde@qq.com within 14 days of purchase. Legitimate cases (key never activated / duplicate purchase) are refunded in full. Refunds for heavily-used lifetime keys or elapsed subscription periods are assessed case by case.

5. Acceptable use & NSFW content policy

TinyPS is an image editing tool, not a content-moderation service. All editing happens locally in your browser; we never see, store or transmit your images, and we cannot monitor what you create. You are solely responsible for the images you edit, export and distribute, and for complying with the laws that apply to you.

TinyPS may not be used to create, edit, enhance or export sexually explicit or pornographic images of any kind — including lawful adult material. TinyPS is a general-purpose image utility and is not licensed for adult-content production. In addition, when using TinyPS you must not create, edit or export:

any content involving minors in a sexual, exploitative or suggestive manner (zero tolerance — this also violates every applicable law);
sexually explicit or pornographic content of any kind, including lawful adult pornography;
non-consensual intimate or sexual imagery of any real person, including "deepfake" or edited imagery;
content that harasses, defames or threatens any person;
content that infringes copyrights, trademarks or other rights you do not own or have licensed.

Because processing is local we do not and cannot enforce this policy against individual images; however, these prohibitions are binding terms of your license. Using the extension or a Pro license to produce or distribute unlawful material terminates your license without refund and may be reported where required by law.

6. Privacy

The extension processes everything on-device. See the Privacy Policy for details on what (little) data ever leaves your device.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The extension is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, lost profits, or damages arising from your use of the extension or from content you create with it, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Always keep backups of important images before editing.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect product or legal changes. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date.

1. 条款范围

本条款适用于 TinyPS 浏览器扩展、本产品网站，以及通过经销商 Creem 购买的任何 Pro 套餐。使用扩展或购买 Pro 即表示你同意本条款。

2. 扩展与许可

扩展核心功能免费提供。
Pro 功能（自由裁剪、填充图层、AI 去除背景）通过购买后邮箱送达的许可证密钥解锁。
每个密钥最多在购买者本人的 3 台设备上激活；可自行停用设备释放名额。
终身密钥永不过期；月付/年付密钥在订阅有效期内有效。
密钥仅限个人使用，禁止分享、转售、公开或转让。因欺诈获得或违反本条款使用的密钥，我们可不予退款直接吊销。

3. 购买与订阅

付款由 Creem（经销商）处理；终身档一次性付款，月付/年付为自动续费订阅，价格以结账页为准。
订阅到期自动续费，可随时通过购买确认邮件或联系客服取消；取消后停止后续扣款，已付周期内 Pro 持续有效。
交付为纯数字、即时：付款后许可证密钥自动发送到你的邮箱，无实物发货。

4. 退款

密钥无法激活或误购，请在付款后 14 天内联系 nonotde@qq.com；属实的（从未激活/重复购买）全额退款。已大量使用的终身密钥或已过期的订阅周期，视情况个案处理。

5. 可接受使用与 NSFW 内容政策

TinyPS 是图片编辑工具，不是内容审核服务。所有编辑均在本机浏览器内完成——我们从不查看、存储或传输你的图片，也无法监控你创作的内容。你对自行编辑、导出和传播的图片负全部责任，并须遵守你所在地的法律。

不得使用 TinyPS 制作、编辑、增强或导出任何形式的色情或性暴露图片——包括合法成人内容。TinyPS 是通用图片工具，未授权用于成人内容制作。此外，使用 TinyPS 时不得制作、编辑或导出：

任何涉及未成年人的色情、剥削性或暗示性内容（零容忍，且违反一切适用法律）；
任何形式的色情或性暴露内容，包括合法成人色情内容；
任何真实人物的非自愿私密或性内容影像，包括"深度伪造"或编辑影像；
骚扰、诽谤或威胁任何人的内容；
侵犯你无权使用的著作权、商标权或其他权利的内容。

由于处理在本地进行，我们无法针对单张图片执行本政策；但上述禁令是你许可协议的约束性条款。使用扩展或 Pro 许可制作、传播违法内容将导致许可被无偿终止，必要时依法报告。

扩展的所有处理均在设备本地完成，详见隐私政策。

7. 免责声明

扩展按"现状"提供，不作任何形式的保证。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对你使用扩展或其产出内容造成的损失负责。编辑前请务必为重要图片保留备份。

8. 条款变更

我们可能因产品或法律变化更新本条款；最新版本始终公示于本页并注明生效日期。
