Questions, refunds, lost license keys, bug reports — email us and we usually reply within 48 hours. Please include your purchase email and, if relevant, your license key.

Lifetime (one-time): Alipay and cards. Monthly/yearly subscriptions: cards. Wallets can't be used for auto-renewing subscriptions.
One license works on up to 3 devices. Switching machines? "Deactivate this device" in the Pro dialog frees a slot.
Email us from your purchase address and we'll resend it.
If your key doesn't work or you purchased by accident, contact us within 14 days for a full refund — see Terms §4.
